got changed,
warm up then we discussed bout our formation
for use in our match later...

dunno ANY of the formula/formation
so anyhow play lor...
run here run ther...
ended at 12...
then played some dunking personal training..
left the place at 1.45...
ate yong tau foo...
then went back home..

jiamin called at 5...
asked me to study at singpost
with freddy and wenshi
reached there and she said she need to go le...

then we 3 study at mac awile then go to the fountain ther...
play water...
then i went home le...
now daven at my house playing...
